Food & Beverage Service Staff

Alseasons provides casual work and event staff to the hospitality industry, including many of Sydney's most highly regarded caterers, hotels, clubs and event. 

Event or Function Waitstaff

  • Corporate Boardroom Waiters
  • Bartenders – Public, Cocktail or Dispense Bar

To work with Alseasons Casuals you will need

  • The ability to carry 3 plates, clear 5 and carry loaded trays of beverages and canapés
  • Open and serve wine from the bottle
  • A current (RSA) Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Fluency in English

Baristas​

Experience preparing a range of espresso coffees, texturing milk, preparing and serving cappuccinos, café lattes, macchiato etc.

Uniforms for Bar and Waitstaff:

Men

  • Long black plain dress trousers
  • Long sleeve plain WHITE business shirt 
  • Long sleeve plain BLACK business shirt 
  • Long black apron
  • Black (vest) waist coat
  • Black leather polished shoes with black socks 
  • Alseasons' black tie (available from Alseasons)
  • Round neck black plain BONDS t-shirt 

Women

  • Black tailored trousers (no hipster pants)
  • Long sleeve WHITE business shirt
  • Long sleeve BLACK business shirt
  • Long black apron
  • Black (vest) waist coat
  • Black polished shoes (laced leather shoe or low-heeled court shoe)
  • Black socks or knee highs
  • Alseasons' black tie (available from Alseasons)
  • Round neck plain black BONDS t-shirt 

Also required for F&B Staff:

  • A current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • An Australian Tax File Number and if applicable, an Australian work visa
  • Waiter's Tray
  • Waiter's friend (good quality wine knife)
