Food & Beverage Service Staff
Alseasons provides casual work and event staff to the hospitality industry, including many of Sydney's most highly regarded caterers, hotels, clubs and event.
Event or Function Waitstaff

- Bartenders – Public, Cocktail or Dispense Bar
To work with Alseasons Casuals you will need
- The ability to carry 3 plates, clear 5 and carry loaded trays of beverages and canapés
- Open and serve wine from the bottle
- A current (RSA) Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Fluency in English
Baristas
Experience preparing a range of espresso coffees, texturing milk, preparing and serving cappuccinos, café lattes, macchiato etc.

Men
- Long black plain dress trousers
- Long sleeve plain WHITE business shirt
- Long sleeve plain BLACK business shirt
- Long black apron
- Black (vest) waist coat
- Black leather polished shoes with black socks
- Alseasons' black tie (available from Alseasons)
- Round neck black plain BONDS t-shirt
Women
- Black tailored trousers (no hipster pants)
- Long sleeve WHITE business shirt
- Long sleeve BLACK business shirt
- Long black apron
- Black (vest) waist coat
- Black polished shoes (laced leather shoe or low-heeled court shoe)
- Black socks or knee highs

Also required for F&B Staff:
- A current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- An Australian Tax File Number and if applicable, an Australian work visa
- Waiter's Tray
- Waiter's friend (good quality wine knife)
